Dear Students,

I mixed up the dough for sugar cookies. It now chills in my refrigerator so that rolling them out will be easier. This is a recipe that my mama uses, so it is not easily passed on to young bakers. Ask your mom or grandma for her recipe. If you must use a store-bought dough, that’s okay too. Just roll the edges in colored sugar crystals to make them a bit more special. Happy baking!
