We finished reading our novel, Where the Red Fern Grows, by Wilson Rawls in class today. If your student was absent, please have him or her read tonight! We wrote a quick journal about our impressions of the book and I provided some literary devices I found in chapters 18-20. I am attaching my PowerPoint to this entry so that my students can be prepared. The literary journal is due on Wednesday, January 7, 2009.
