Years ago, we had an ice cream store called Swensen’s in Plano.  They featured a menu item called an “Earthquake” that contained eight scoops of ice cream and eight toppings.  What would be on your Earthquake? 

Chocolate with vanilla syrup, vanilla with peppermint syrup,  chocolate chip with chocolate syrup, jamocha almond fudge with coffee syrup, mint chocolate chip with hot fudge, strawberry ice cream with strawberry syrup, licorice ice cream with raspberry syrup, and peanut butter ice cream with chocolate syrup.  I just really like my chocolate syrup and don’t want caramel.  🙂
